Comfortable clean room with a nice view from the window. No any problem with late check -in, we arrived at 3 in the night and we go in accommodation with provided codes to to in. Staff is really friendly and helpful! In the day of check-out, we could leave our suitcases at the reception for free until our flight, go sightseeing much more and catch a little more of sun in this wonderful city.

Clean and comfy room, with a great bed. There is enough space for your things. They cleaned the room every day. Soap, shower gel, towels, slippers, blades, .. and other stuff were available. Reception is open only a few hours per day, but it is ok. In times of check-in, the stuff was there and the checkout was contactless. The location is good, near Termini station, and everything is easily accessible. But the area is full of weird people. We knew about it so it was ok for us, but I think it is important to mention it. We never feel we are in danger, but people sometimes make us feel uncomfortable. But it is not worse than in any other big city around the world.

A nice, clean and modern hotel that is conveniently located close to Roma Termini railway station, just a 10-minute walk. The hotel is in a busy area, you can hear the traffic from outside but it would become a lot quieter by 10:30-11pm. The room I stayed in was small but very clean and nicely furnished. There were shutters on the window which helped to keep the room cool. The bed was comfortable and there was space to keep my belongings in the room. There was also a small desk and a coffee machine. A kettle was available to take from the hallway to borrow, as well as extra toiletries. The bathroom was also small but clean with towels provided. You can hear other guests in rooms but I was fortunate to be staying next to people who turned the tv off by 11 each night. Staff were very responsive and helpful, and replied quickly when I contacted them on WhatsApp.

Loved the room. Great size, v v v comfortable bed and pillows. Modern decor and bathroom. Great location right across from Termini train station. You can walk to all the main sights. Lovely breakfast of crossiants,cakes, coffee and fruit juice. The lady Angela was very friendly and helpful. We borrowed an iron and some cutlery for our room. We loved the old Italian elevator too. I would 100% stay here again when I'm next in Rome 10/10 Grazie

The property is very close to the central railway station Termini, about 3 minutes walk from the airport ferry stop, comfortable memory bed and new air conditioner, free capsule coffee and room cleaning service, bath towels are also very clean, there are cheap supermarkets and other conveniences near the hotel The facilities and Wifi speed are very good. Although it is a budget hotel transformed from an apartment, it is very cost-effective compared to the 4-star hotels I have been to in the past. It is suitable for tourists who are not very budget and like high cost performance.

Location was great, it is next to the main train station. Room was clean and there was also a Nespresso capsule coffee machine in the room. Stuff was very kind and always open for communication. They also offered to store my bag until I leave the city, which was very kind of them. The room was the same as in the photo. There was free breakfast every day:)

Wonderful Friendly staff made a huge difference, close to the main train station is convenient but also a little distanced from everything else but it is easy to get to the main spots through the metro station nearby.

Spotlessly clean room and it felt very secure. Our room was bright and well decorated, the ensuite bathroom was very clean and the coffee machine, fresh water and fridge were an added bonus. Self check was well explained before our late arrival, however it turned out that a staff member was still there when we arrived so that was a nice welcome. Our room was cleaned and tidied daily and the location so close to the train station and within walking distance of all the main attractions was excellent. We really felt Walker rooms was excellent value for money for accommodation right in the middle of Rome.
